If we cancel your trip due to unfavorable or unsafe weather and/or sea conditions you may reschedule your trip for another day or choose to receive a refund.  



If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more in advance you will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee.



If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance you will not receive a refund.

 

No-shows on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

 

Minimum number of guests - on regular trips (half day, sunset) we require a minimum of four (4) guests in order for the trip to run.  If we do not meet that minimum you will be notified and will have the option to book a private trip or cancel with no penalty.  If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
